Sat. at Capitol Market the 10th Annual GREEN CHILI SHOOTOUT! 12:30-4 pm…Family friendly event…lots of activities for children…sample “Green Chili” Chile Verde—cornbread contest, live musical entertainment, green beverages and host MC’s Steve and Jenny… $1.00 purchases two tickets to sample green chili or cornbread with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the MS Society. Over 30 green chili cooks are already registered for this event. www.capitolmarket.net

Sat. at DuPont Middle School, a (QVC) auction sponsored by the Band Boosters…concessions available, purses, gadgets, electronics, clothing, kitchen items…doors open at 5 pm..Auction at 6 pm.
 
Sat. Alexandra Criner –is having a Silpada Jewelry fundraiser for the American heart Association at Panera Bread at Southridge from 2-5 pm in the community room…..100 % of profits will go to the American Heart and Stroke Association.

Monday March 22 the “Compassionate Friends” Group will meet at 7 pm at CAMC’s Woman’s and Children Hospital Family resource Center. This self help support group is open to all parents who have lost a child.
